Entry details
Confirmed guests receive their address, access instructions, and any reservation-specific details through the secure stay-message flow before arrival.
Parking
Use the two designated spaces directly in front of Casa Marina. Street, sidewalk, and neighboring-driveway parking are not available.
Wi-Fi & staying connected
Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The network name and password are provided privately with confirmed-stay information.
Dip pool
The private dip pool is three feet deep—ideal for cooling off after the beach. Heat is available by advance request for $50 per day, subject to the terms shown for your reservation.
Beach access
Cross the ocean lawn and follow the short boardwalk over the dune. There is no road or public parking lot between the home and the sand.
What is stocked
A starter supply includes coffee pods, paper goods, soap and toiletries, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs. The home also provides children’s tableware, a travel crib, a baby gate, games, books, beach towels, chairs, a tent, and beach toys.
Checkout by 10 a.m.
A short departure checklist.
- Leave bed linens on the beds.
- Place used towels in the laundry room or on a bathroom floor.
- Load and start the dishwasher.
- Empty household trash; on Wednesday or Saturday departures, move the cans to the road.
- Return furniture and household items to their original locations.
- Lock doors and windows, turn off the grill gas if used, and report any damage before departure.
