Booking terms
The complete rental agreement, cancellation policy, payment schedule, taxes, fees, and security requirements for your selected dates are displayed during secure checkout before payment. Those checkout terms control the reservation.
Core house policies
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests, including children.
- Check-in after 4:00 p.m.; checkout by 10:00 a.m.
- Two designated parking spaces.
- No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, or events.
- The primary renter must be at least 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Dip-pool heat is available by advance request for $50 per day, subject to the final booking terms.
Water and wildlife
The dip pool is three feet deep and has no lifeguard. Children must be supervised. Ocean conditions can include rip currents. From May 1 through October 31, local sea-turtle lighting rules apply after 9:00 p.m.
