Core house rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children.
Check-in is after 4:00 p.m.; checkout is strictly by 10:00 a.m.
Use only the two designated parking spaces in front of the home. Vehicles blocking a driveway, sidewalk, or access may be towed at the guest’s expense.
No pets under any conditions.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use anywhere on the property.
No parties or events. Any gathering of 12 or more people, including registered guests, is considered an event.
The primary renter must be at least 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Rinse sand from feet and beach gear before entering the home or pool.
Do not move furniture without prior permission, and do not tamper with locked owner or maintenance closets.
